Ed Gilsleider, DVM
Dr. Ed Gilsleider is a 1982 graduate from the Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine. He and his wife, Lisa, moved to Claremore in May 1982, and have never left! They have raised all four of their children here and are now treasuring their time with grandchildren. There has never been anything else Dr Gilsleider has wanted to do but practice veterinary medicine. Dr. Gilsleider has have been practicing Veterinary Medicine for 35 years. Dr Ed and Lisa love Claremore, their church of 33 years, Destiny Life, and their family. Animal Medical Center has developed into a most unique practice, treating virtually every species of animal God has created, in a beautifully equipped hospital.
Autumn Jarman, RVT
Autumn has worked at AMC since August 2009. She is a Registered Veterinary Technician after her training at TCC’s Veterinary Technology program. She enjoys horseback riding, hunting and fishing, and training dogs with her husband Jason.
Colby Barnes, RVT
Colby graduated from the Veterinary Technology program at TCC in 2012. He interned at AMC and gained a diverse experience in many different species of animals. He enjoys playing sports, camping, and spending time with his wife, Desiree, and two Great Danes.
Larry Russell, RVT
Larry is a 2015 graduate of TCC. He enjoys the outdoors, spending time with his wife and his 5 dogs.
Becky was born & raised in OK and graduated from NEO A&M and OSU. She has since moved back from Johnson, KS where she worked in a veterinary hospital for 7 years. She is married with 2 sons and a daughter. They share their home with dogs, cats, guinea pigs, and fish. She enjoys watching her children participate in athletics and FFA events, reading, and watching OSU football & basketball. GO POKES!
Jess comes to us from San Diego, after 8 years of small animal veterinary practice. She is a 1996 graduate of Claremore High school, and served our country in the Navy active duty from 1996-2000. Jess is married, has three beautiful daughters, 2 dogs and 2 cats. She enjoys traveling, reading, cheering for the Denver Broncos and spending time with her family. Jess will primarily assist our veterinarians in caring for your animals.
Sarah is our Senior Kennel Tech and has worked here, at AMC, since 2009. She may have the most important job, caring for your hospitalized or boarded pets. She enjoys being active outdoors, riding horses, and spending time with family and friends.
Jennifer is another excellent animal care technician. She grew up on a farm, loves the outdoors & spending time with her fiancé Jacob and daughter, Zara. She has three cats and one dog, Muffin, B, Gandalf and Kane.
